The staff left a lovely greeting note in our amazing suite. They were friendly, professional, and helpful. Parking was easy, and the breakfast was very good. The free shuttle to the city center was a great convenience. We can't wait to stay here again!

We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices and the extended time frame for breakfast. The bed was incredibly comfortable and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The pool area was great, with a large pool that was accessible 24 hours a day. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle that took us to and from the popular Duval Street, making it convenient to explore the area. We were also impressed by the poolside bar that served tasty drinks and snacks. our experience at this hotel was superb, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The poolside Happy Hour with delicious sandwiches and attentive bartenders was a highlight. The friendly and helpful check-in staff provided excellent directions and assistance with boarding passes.

The personal birthday touches left in our room by housekeeping were such a delight. They made my day! our stay was enjoyable and we appreciated the shuttle service to and from Duval Street. Would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at the Key West Marriott Beachside Resort! The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and walking distance to Stock Island. The spacious rooms with full kitchens were perfect for saving money on meals. The on-site restaurant, TavernNTown, offered delicious food and great entertainment. The staff, especially Atash, Elisa, and Marina, were incredibly understanding and accommodating during our multiple check-ins and check-outs due to inclement weather. We can't wait to return to this hidden gem!

The shuttle service to Duval Street could have been more frequent, as waiting for an hour between shuttles was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there were some issues with the check-in process, with confusion about the availability of rooms.

The Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The comfortable mattresses and cleanliness of the rooms made for a perfect stay. I loved the complimentary glass of champagne during check-in and the exceptional staff who went above and beyond. The shuttle service was a great convenience, saving me on transportation costs.

The shuttle service provided by the hotel was really convenient and saved us the hassle of finding parking in the town. the staff on the shuttle were also wonderful and made the experience enjoyable. Additionally, the pool area was great, with a fun pool party vibe and a nice view of the ocean.

One drawback was the lack of a microwave on the premises for guests to use. It would have been nice to have the option to heat up food whenever we needed.
