The hotel was very modern and clean, with spotless rooms and a pleasant smell upon entering. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay perfect from the moment we checked in. the location was great for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants. the breakfast at Jake's Cafe was delicious, with efficient and friendly staff ensuring a quick and satisfying start to the day. Room service exceeded expectations, providing great food and service right in the comfort of our room.

The on-site restaurant did not live up to expectations, with multiple disappointing meals and questionable quality. the breakfast situation for a group event was poorly handled, causing delays and disappointment among guests.

As someone who likes to take off early, I loved the efficient and friendly staff at the front desk. The restaurant had a wide selection of vegetarian options and the bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. The hotel was immaculately clean and had a modern design. The outdoor sitting area in the lobby was a great touch. The smart device, Alexa, was helpful and the robot in the lobby was a fun addition.

We also appreciated the restaurant and bar/lounge area, as well as the snack bar, which provided delicious options for dining. The staff, especially the Bellhop, Steve, went out of their way to provide insider tips on local restaurants and even scheduled a driver for us. The level of service and attention to detail was wonderful.

I recently stayed at Westin for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic! The hotel had a modern design and the lobby's outdoor seating was a great touch. The staff, especially Natalie at reception, were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved having an Alexa in the room to assist with weather, food recommendations, and even history facts. The lobby robot was also a fun addition. my wife and I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this place and had a great time! The location is perfect, with many attractions nearby and several restaurants just across the street. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, making sure we were satisfied with our stay. We enjoyed the room amenities, including the comfortable bed and the facilities for making tea and coffee. The hotel also offers great leisure facilities, such as the fitness centre and the bar/lounge area.

The hotel provided us two free drink coupons which was very thoughtful. the hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Our romantic escape at the hotel was not quite as romantic as we had hoped. the walls were very thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing.

The fitness center is well-equipped with everything I need, including Peloton bikes! It's a game-changer for me. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained.
