The staff was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and full of amazing energy! The room had a spectacular view of the Staple Center and all of LA! The fitness room and rooftop pool were enjoyable, and the hotel was conveniently located in downtown LA, near the convention center.

Our corner room on a high floor had stunning views of iconic landmarks. The Club Lounge provided exceptional service and cocktails. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and impressive amenities like a Nespresso machine and a TV built into the bathroom mirror. The staff did a wonderful job, especially in the lounge. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views, excellent amenities, and top-notch service.

I had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton in downtown LA. From the moment I arrived, every staff member was polite, helpful, and engaging. They were prompt in fulfilling my every request. The service staff in the club room was incredible. I've stayed at many wonderful hotels, but this experience was truly above and beyond. Kudos to the management team and their fabulous employees. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby was small and not very impressive. The room had some signs of wear and tear, such as dusty areas and a worn out couch. There were also some issues with the room key not working properly.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling downtown core. The suite I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a large bathtub that my daughter absolutely loved. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, especially the club team who were incredibly helpful. The rooftop pool was a hidden gem, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.

The food and beverage offerings were not up to par compared to other upscale hotels.

Enjoyed my xmas hotel stay with two complimentary snacks offered in the room, including coffee and tea. The hotel is situated in a prime location with easy access to various restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was extremely comfortable and featured a beautiful view of the bustling city.

The hotel lacked attention to detail in certain areas. The housekeeping could be better, as some of the facilities seemed worn out and needed updating.

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all of our exclusive needs from the very first moment of our arrival. The room had an exclusive and comfortable atmosphere with beautiful amenities. The top-notch service and the staff's friendliness were outstanding, making us feel welcome and pampered. The pool and sun terrace were pristine, with the perfect atmosphere to relax and admire the stunning view.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there was one minor issue: the gym was relatively small compared to other exclusive amenities provided by the hotel. However, the spa and wellness centre were exceptional, with a range of relaxing treatments and peaceful facilities.
