The staff was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and full of amazing energy! The room had a spectacular view of the Staple Center and all of LA! The fitness room and rooftop pool were enjoyable, and the hotel was conveniently located in downtown LA, near the convention center.

Liked everything.

Our corner room on a high floor had stunning views of iconic landmarks. The Club Lounge provided exceptional service and cocktails. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and impressive amenities like a Nespresso machine and a TV built into the bathroom mirror. The staff did a wonderful job, especially in the lounge.

I had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton in downtown LA. From the moment I arrived, every staff member was polite, helpful, and engaging. They were prompt in fulfilling my every request. The service staff in the club room was incredible. I've stayed at many wonderful hotels, but this experience was truly above and beyond. Kudos to the management team and their fabulous employees. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ritz-Carlton LA Downtown Hotel for my business meetings. The staff was amazing, friendly, and full of energy. The room had a spectacular view of the Staples Center and the entire LA skyline. I loved the fitness room and the comfortably heated rooftop pool. The hotel was quiet and my spacious room provided a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options and shopping within walking distance. I would definitely choose to stay at the Ritz-Carlton again!

The service at the hotel was outstanding. the staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. They even helped us book a fascinating tour of a famous studio. the room was well, equipped with several outlets, perfect for device, wielding guests. the hotel had a great pool and jacuzzi that we took advantage of. the gym was top, notch with a stunning view. the self, serve coffee table in the lobby was a nice touch and provided a perfect pick, me, up for our busy days.

The receptionist was not friendly and tried to upsell us to a more expensive room. It was also disappointing to find out that breakfast was not served at the hotel but at a neighboring hotel.

The lobby was small and not very impressive. the room had some signs of wear and tear, such as dusty areas and a worn out couch.

Felt cozy, nothing too much trouble.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling downtown core. The suite I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a large bathtub that my daughter absolutely loved. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, especially the club team who were incredibly helpful. The rooftop pool was a hidden gem, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.

The food and beverage offerings were not up to par compared to other upscale hotels.

Enjoyed my xmas hotel stay with two complimentary snacks offered in the room, including coffee and tea. the hotel is situated in a prime location with easy access to various restaurants and attractions nearby. the room was extremely comfortable and featured a beautiful view of the bustling city.

The hotel lacked attention to detail in certain areas. the housekeeping could be better, as some of the facilities seemed worn out and needed updating.
