great location with some quirks

The hotel’s location is super convenient, plus it has nice views and friendly staff. Loved the free coffee, tea, and water on every floor. The room was clean and cozy too! Just a heads-up, we booked for four but only got stuff for three initially. Still, it was a chill place to stay!

I stayed at Club Quarters World Trade Center for transit during my travel to New York and found the location to be convenient, with LaGuardia only 20 km away. The hotel also offers recreational facilities such as a fitness center, perfect for unwinding after a long journey.

The minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the apparent issue with cleaning services being available only upon request. While it didn't impact my overall experience greatly, it was a slight inconvenience that I hope the hotel can improve upon in the future.

The Club Quarters World Trade Center in downtown Houston offers innovative fireworks and recreational facilities like an 18-hole miniature golf course, perfect for family entertainment. The double rooms and suites have iPod docking stations and LCD televisions, providing maximum comfort for guests in the heart of New York City.

The lack of adequate customer service significantly marred my experience. The check-in process was cumbersome, and there was a consistent lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff.

The hotel had nice environmental-friendly touches like water bottles and top-up points. The lobby offered drinks and snacks, and the restaurant on the 20th floor had amazing views over Ground Zero. The room was compact but comfortable, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The reception and lounge areas were beautifully decorated with comfy chairs and nice artworks. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing view from my room. The natural light that came into the room was amazing. The location was great, only a block away from Ground Zero. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great city view and a close proximity to popular attractions.

Great location, just a few steps away from the 9-11 Memorial and easy access to the subway for exploring the rest of the city. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, checking us in early with a smile. the room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and cleanliness. the hotel had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The room only had a small window with a view of an enclosed courtyard, which made it feel dark and confusing in the morning. the water pressure in the shower was not the best and some furniture had scratches.

stayed in NY before but Club Quarters Hotel surpassed my expectations! Great location, close to subway stations. Loved the light-filled room and the added perks like free water bottles, 24H coffee, and comfy lobby. Excellent value for money!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect because it is right beside the World Trade Centre, in the financial district, surrounded by many restaurants and subway stations. The service was exceptional, the staff tried to accommodate all my needs and services, all while providing a welcome drink upon my arrival. The leisure facilities such as the fitness centre, sun terrace and TV room made my stay even more pleasant. The room amenities, such as the heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and free toiletries, were amazing. I also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture.

I highly recommend this place to my family and friends, especially those who are travelling with their pets.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was right beside the World Trade Centre, in the financial district. The view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing, and we had easy access to Battery Park and Governors Island. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate all our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a sitting area with an armchair to relax in. The hotel also offered a range of amenities like room service, laundry, and pet amenities. we had a great experience at this place!

The location was perfect, right near the metro station and touristic attractions. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, and the terrace offered an amazing view of NYC at night. We also loved the complimentary wine from 5PM-6PM.

The staff was amazing, they upgraded our rooms for free and gave my elderly mom a room with a special view. The hotel had excellent service and facilities, including free bottled water, a beautiful lounge, and free coffee/tea. The location was convenient and close to everything downtown, including the 9-11 Memorial and Stone Street.
