Spacious suites with full kitchens and flexible layouts.

My check-in experience was infuriating. Initially, I was placed in a different room that did not match what I booked. Even after moving to another room, the lack of soundproofing was unbearable. I could hear every door slam and toilet flush from neighboring rooms. It made for a sleepless night. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was a constant concern as it fluctuated unexpectedly, making each shower a gamble.

The breakfast is pretty underwhelming, lacking in quality and variety. Many of the rooms experience noise issues due to thin walls and street sounds, which disrupts sleep. The heating systems are outdated and can be quite noisy, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the bathroom facilities could use more storage and upgrades as they feel cramped. Some guests have noticed issues with cleanliness, including dirty glasses left in the room and missed housekeeping tasks. Room features vary a lot due to them being individually owned, so expectations based on online descriptions may not match reality.

The suite felt enormous and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The staff truly made us feel welcome, always ready to help with a smile.

Unfortunately, street noise was a real challenge, disrupting our sleep. Also, basic kitchen utensils were lacking, making it less convenient for dining in.

Everything was on point! The location is just perf, so close to Central Park and those other hotspots. Our room was like a mini flat, with a kitchenette—made snacks easy-peasy! Staff were super friendly and attentive, no complaints there. Got a late check-out as well, which was a lekker bonus!

Only downside was the breakfast was a bit lacking, could use more options.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lombardy Hotel! The location made it super easy to explore New York, just a short walk from Central Park and Times Square. Our room had a spacious kitchenette with everything we needed, including two flat-screen TVs and blackout curtains, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff was attentive and fixed any minor hiccups quickly, like when our shower head had weak water pressure. Plus, the king bed was incredibly comfy, and the apartment size was impressive!

There were some maintenance issues.

this hotel is a real gem! rooms are super spacious and comfy, it felt like an apartment! loved having a small kitchenette to whip up quick snacks. breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. great location, close to central park and shopping!

only downside was the breakfast could use more variety, and we had some street noise that was a bit annoying.

the lombardy has an excellent location, just a short walk to lexington avenue and central park. our one-bedroom suite was huge, super comfortable, and beautifully styled. the kitchenette was a great touch, just right for quick snacks. the fitness room really helped keep us on track during our stay.
