We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room. The hotel had a convenient location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety and options.

My stay at Lombardy was fantastic! I spent a week exploring Manhattan's main sightseeing spots, and the hotel's location was perfect. It was within walking distance to many attractions and close to multiple subway stations. The room was comfortable, with a large bed, well-appointed kitchenette, and a huge shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing free umbrellas on a rainy day. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the free WiFi was reliable. The buffet breakfast was a nice extra touch. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to great attractions such as Central Park and Midtown. I loved being able to step outside and grab coffee and treats from the small shop next to the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and found us cabs and limo services with ease. The room was spacious, well decorated, and had all the amenities I needed, including plush towels and a comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast spread was excellent and the staff even offered to order off a menu for me.

This place is highly recommended for families.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a spacious suite, and we were very impressed. The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to all local attractions and synagogues. It was only a short 5-minute walk to Central and a quick 20-minute walk to Park East. We loved being able to explore the city and take in all the holiday attractions. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with amenities like car hire, dry cleaning, and limousine service available. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially the maids, were friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the beautiful spa center, offering a range of treatments and services to help us relax and unwind.

Although this place was fabulous overall, we did experience a small issue with the price. com. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable, but despite this issue, we still highly recommend this venue to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and comfortable atmosphere of Lombardy. The quiet location allowed for a peaceful stay amidst the bustling city. The spacious room provided ample space and the breakfast in the spacious dining room was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
