Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as parking difficulties and limited staff availability, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend this hotel for its great amenities and convenient location.

I had a great value for my money at the Hyatt Regency in Birmingham. The room had a super comfortable king size bed and the hotel's location was perfect for shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and even provided a Pack and Play for my kids, plus a free baby shampoo sample and toy!

We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows, as well as the adjustable shower head. Additionally, the hotel provided Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea in the room.

The rooms were clean and the staff was happy and ready to assist. The location of the hotel was great, as it was attached to a mall and in the heart of everything, with restaurants and shops nearby. I didn't even have to move my car to go places, which was convenient.

The cleanliness of the hotel was only okay, as our room was not cleaned on time and we didn't have enough towels or tissues. The coffee at breakfast was cold and they forgot part of our order.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a pack and play for our child and even giving us a free baby shampoo sample and toy. a great experience!

The hotel is in a great location, attached to a mall and close to everything we needed to get to. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the conference rooms are nice. There are standard stores nearby, including Costco and Sams. The check-in process is quick.

The staff could have been more friendly, and there were some small things missing in the room, such as creamer and sugar for the coffee. There were extra charges for everything, from breakfast to parking.
