As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet corner room on a high floor, away from elevators. The hotel provided excellent facilities like a well-maintained exercise room and a spacious room with comfortable double beds. The location was perfect for exploring midtown attractions like MOMA, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park. Plus, the hotel had a loyalty program with free perks like Wi-Fi, morning drink, newspaper, and a welcome fruit basket.

I recently stayed at Omni in NYC for a weekend getaway. The service and cleanliness were outstanding! I felt truly welcomed, and the staff goes above and beyond to assist. The bed was incredibly comfortable with luxury sheets and duvet. The Nest toiletries in Sicilian orange were a nice touch. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the theater district, Rockefeller Center, and popular restaurants. The staff, especially Julian at the concierge desk, was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel also has a small but efficient exercise room with great cityscape views.

This hotel is centrally located, right in Midtown, in a good area of the city. The service is excellent, from the doorman to the desk staff to the concierge. They will book your theatre tickets or make a reservation at a nearby excellent restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offers a range of leisure facilities, including a fitness studio and beauty treatment options.

We loved the prime location on Madison Ave, close to St Patrick's Cathedral and shops. The Berkshire Suite was spacious and comfortable. The room was quiet and had luxurious bathrobes and complimentary water. The receptionist was accommodating with our late check-out request.

I had a wonderful stay at the Omni and was impressed with their excellent service. Upon arrival, my room wasn't quite ready, but the staff apologized and quickly resolved the issue. The suite on the 16th floor had a stunning view of the city. The doormen and waiters were incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight was when I fell ill during my stay, the concierge went above and beyond to accommodate me, arranging a doctor's visit and personally bringing me supplies. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to detail.

I recently stayed at Omni in New York for a vacation and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent room service and delicious food at the restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our small suite turned out to be spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of notable restaurants, shopping districts, and popular attractions. The high-ceiling elevators with push buttons on both sides were a unique and convenient feature, and the concierge staff, especially Julian, provided excellent service and recommendations. The hotel also had a small but efficient exercise room and a lovely terrace. The absence of a mini-bar was refreshing, but they were happy to bring in a mini-fridge upon request. our stay was enjoyable and I highly recommend this hotel.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of midtown, surrounded by great local restaurants and high-end stores like Cartier. It was also in a recently refurbished area, so everything felt fresh and new. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were so pleasant and helpful, from the efficient check-in to the delivery of chocolate milk and cookies for my kids. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern TVs that had Google streaming and powerful showers. The parking and transportation options were also excellent. I will definitely be back!
