overall, my stay was acceptable, but breakfast was truly disappointing, almost three-star level. also, the staff seemed poorly trained, which leads me to wonder why no one upgraded my room as a kind gesture for my trouble. it’s a shame because this hotel couldve been phenomenal, yet it just barely scraped by. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

after staying at the conrad, our time at st regis was truly next level. the lagoonarium was fantastic for snorkeling, and the views from our villa were breathtaking, especially with mount otemanu in sight. the staff were incredibly attentive, making every moment feel special during our visit in 2023-09-01.

The beach villa with pool was a cool change from overwater bungalows. Super peaceful and close to the sea. But the water bikes were rusty and tricky to ride, which was a bit of a downer. Our butler didn’t really seem interested in helping us much, though one of the other butlers, Giulio, was amazing. Room itself needed a bit of updating, especially after our shower broke. It felt more like we were just another couple rather than special honeymooners. Definitely stunning views though!
