the location was fantastic. so convenient for universal studio. the staff were friendly at the reception, and the amenities were great. especially the breakfast with an omelet bar and hot/cold items.

loud a/c at times. could use better soundproofing.

the doubletree by hilton has a fantastic location, super close to the universal theme parks and restaurants. the staff, especially denise, was really efficient and helped us with all our questions about the parks. We loved the refreshing junior olympic-size pool. it was perfect for relaxing after a long day!

Lovely stay with warm cookies at check-in! The complimentary ice cream for the birthday boy was a sweet surprise, and the staff were generally charming.

However, they had a bit of trouble locating my reservation, which feels like playing hide and seek. Also, the room could have used a little less dampness—I'm not a sponge, darling!

Parking fees of around $23 per day feel excessive!!! Housekeeping services were inconsistent, as rooms occasionally went uncleaned for days!!! Communication issues regarding reservations need addressing!!! The pool area can become too crowded!!!

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find parking, which I really appreciated. I recommend trying the buffet breakfast! I’ll be back for a romantic escape.

the doubletree by hilton is perfectly located for visiting universal parks, just a 20-minute walk away. the universal desk in the lobby was super helpful when we chose our tickets. we also loved the refreshing junior olympic-size pool – great for a cool dip after a day at the parks!

but the walls between rooms can be a bit thin.

Perfect Spot for Universal Adventures!

Enjoyed our stay! The shuttle service was convenient, though we often walked to City Walk for meals at nearby restaurants. The lobby amenities, especially the gelato store, were a treat. Pro tip, book shuttle rides early at the desk! Clean but could use newer furnishings.

The spacious room with a full wall of windows brought in a lot of natural light, enhancing the overall atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptional with home-made organic products that far exceeded expectations. Additionally, the corridors had a dated feel, and the $26 daily parking charge seemed excessive for the amenities offered.

The hotel’s location is its standout feature, within walking distance to Universal. Staff are friendly, and the check-in includes warm cookies, a nice touch. Rooms are clean and the dining area offers a great breakfast. Some noise from neighbors can be heard, but overall a pleasant stay.
