the check-in experience could've been better (not much direction at first). the lobby felt inviting like a cozy living room. rooms had great decor and loved the carpet patterns. staff was super helpful during our stay.

I encountered a bit of a hiccup during my stay related to the lobby atmosphere. It was frequently occupied by students using laptops, and at times it felt like there was no available seating for paying guests. This made waiting for a taxi uncomfortable as we could not find a place to sit with our luggage.
