The hotel had great facilities with a clean and well-equipped room. The bathroom and shower were excellent. Storing our bikes in the room was not an issue. The location was convenient, close to downtown Torrance. Free parking was available. it was a luxurious experience at a great price.

One of the highlights of my stay was the spa, where I received excellent service and a relaxing treatment.

I was disappointed with the check, in process. Despite arriving at the hotel early, I was told that my room was not ready and had to wait for over an hour and a half.

This place is simply luxurious! The location is so convenient - everything around the city is within easy reach. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with my needs. The room amenities were top-notch- they had everything including ironing facilities, air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The leisure facilities were fantastic and made me feel so pampered - from the spa centre to the sauna and jacuzzi. I felt really refreshed and rejuvenated!

It was so convenient to have two people able to use the bathroom at the same time. the hotel also had great security measures in place, with card keys required to access the rooms and plenty of parking available. Another major advantage was the hotel's green initiatives, with solar panels providing electricity and hot water. It was impressive to see such a commitment to sustainability.
