The Kinzie Hotel in Chicago was a delightful stay. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location truly impressed me; it was right in the heart of the city but surprisingly quiet. The room was quite roomy for a city hotel, and the bed was ready and inviting after a long day of exploring.

The check-in experience was less than ideal. The staff member was rather rude and seemed to handle my check-in carelessly, even cracking my card in the debit card machine.

I always return for the superb staff and service. They helped me find a place to exchange money the first time. This place suits me perfectly with luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, and more. Coming back for Christmas!

My friends and I had a blast exploring Navy Pier and enjoying the carnival vibes, Crystal Gardens, and epic fireworks displays. The hotel's central location made it super easy to hit up the Mag Mile for some shopping and catch a game at Wrigley Field. Also, the staff was so chill and accommodating, making our stay just awesome.

It would've been even more lit if the hotel had a rooftop bar or a cool hangout spot for young party-goers.

I recently stayed at a smaller, quieter hotel in a convenient location near the shops on Magnificent Mile and downtown loop area. The hotel offered a free evening drinks reception and a buffet breakfast on each floor. I was impressed with how well the printing service from my room to the business center worked. The interior decoration was contemporary, crisp, and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They held our luggage and our room was ready early. The continental breakfast on our floor was a nice touch.

I loved the value for my money at this hotel. The room was absolutely perfect, with a stunning city view. The location was spot-on, right in the center of everything. But what really made my stay memorable was the phenomenal service from Nikko and Alexander. Their energy and smiles every time I entered the hotel made me feel so welcome. They are the reason I will keep coming back to this amazing place. Can't wait for my next visit!

I absolutely adored the cozy and welcoming lobby area, with its comfortable seating and Chicago-inspired design. It was so easy to relax and chat with the other guests, and the low check-in desks were perfect for us seniors. The hotel's central location made it a breeze to walk to nearby attractions, ideal for seniors like me looking to explore without the hassle of long commutes.

For a better vacation experience for seniors, I would have appreciated if the staff could offer more assistance with luggage and provide clearer signage for navigating around the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was conveniently situated near major attractions such as the Trump Tower and the beautiful river behind it. We were able to easily explore the city by foot, with Navy Pier being just a short walk away. Another great aspect was the spaciousness of the rooms. Unlike other city hotels, our room had plenty of space, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel offered a continental breakfast that had a variety of options and changed slightly each day, providing a nice start to our mornings.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from our experience. the parking situation was quite inconvenient and expensive.

The location of the hotel was great, as there were many local restaurants nearby and a beautiful river close by. The hotel itself was centrally located to shops and sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean. The inclusive happy hour was a cool feature.

It was a bit pricey, and the hidden fees were a bit surprising.

Our visit to the carnival-like atmosphere of the 3,300-foot pier was a perfect day of family fun. The Crystal Gardens offered a beautiful botanical escape, and the summer fireworks displays on Wednesdays and Saturdays were a delightful way to end our evenings.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly meal options nearby.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a prime area, close to many restaurants and just off State St near the river. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore central Chicago. The staff at this hotel are amazing, especially Mr. Cole and Mr. Garry who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms are clean, with super comfy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had cool music playing throughout, creating a great atmosphere.

All was okay, but it would have been nice to have more breakfast options, like scrambled eggs or non-dairy options.

Stayed here twice in December. Love the easy access location to great restaurants and Michigan avenue. Helpful, welcoming staff. The service at the Kinzie exceeded our expectations. From the check-in to the concierge reception, the lovely breakfast and the staff, the service was truly amazing. Thank you so much for all the extra touches including the birthday card and bottle of wine sent to our room.
