As guests with disabilities, we were impressed with the accessible facilities and amenities provided. The hotel had easy parking and convenient access to the rooms. The suite rooms were right on the water, offering a stunning view from our private deck. The spacious layout, luxurious king bed, and a huge jet tub in the bathroom added to the comfort of our stay. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and we enjoyed the wine happy hour with live piano music on Saturday evening.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was amazing with a patio that led right to the pier - I loved sitting out there with a drink watching the water. The room service and housekeeping were excellent, always making sure everything was comfortable. I appreciated the free toiletries in the room and the welcome drink upon arrival. The staff were always available to help with tours and tickets which I found really helpful. Also, the flat-screen tv and free Wi-Fi in the room were useful for downtime.

This hotel is an amazing find! It's located right on the channel with a patio that leads right to the pier, which allows guests to enjoy amazing views while relaxing. The service and staff are second to none, paying attention to every detail. Rooms with a balcony overlooking the channel are perfect for a romantic getaway, complete with a cozy fireplace. And breakfast is bountiful and delicious, enough to get guests energized to explore the town. We loved the shower with great hot water and water pressure.

I enjoyed waking up to fresh fruit at breakfast, although it would have been even better if they had offered almond milk for us plant-based eaters.
