I've been staying at this hotel for almost 15 years and counting. The location is great and the property is very nice. The front desk staff is always courteous and the employees overall are great. The hotel staff bent over backwards to meet our needs, especially Michael, the night desk man. The on-duty staff was quick to respond when our first room's air-conditioner didn't cool and immediately moved us to a suite at the same price. The hotel is conveniently located close to my family, making it the only place I stay when I visit.
