I recently stayed at Best Western for a short business trip. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The highlight was our beautifully redone third-floor room, with comfortable bedding and ample space. The room had a recliner and an additional upholstered chair, with a real closet and plenty of storage. The fridge was cleverly hidden within an attractive bureau, and the lamps had convenient charging stations. The location was great, just off the interstate with shopping nearby and a nice restaurant within walking distance.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved this place! It is conveniently located in a plaza area between two strip malls, so we had easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing, especially the very helpful desk clerk who should be the manager! The service was top-notch, with room service, wake-up service and a laundry facility. We were pleased to find amenities like air conditioning, a hairdryer, microwave, mini-fridge, cable TV. The indoor heated swimming pool was a real treat and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi access and 24-hour reception.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was great - it's in a plaza just off I-69, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance. Secondly, the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the room itself was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to find a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom - it was a nice little luxury after a long day of traveling. The bed was comfortable, and although I would have liked a few more pillows, it didn't detract from my overall experience. Plus, I was delighted to have breakfast included every morning. I had a great time at this hotel.

I couldn't be happier with the value I got for my money at the Best Western. The room was spacious, the king size bed was comfortable, and the spa tub was just delightful. The location was perfect for our needs and the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

Hotel breakfast would be even better if they could move the waffle maker. It caused a backup in line for about 10 minutes, making it difficult for others to access the rest of the food.

Loved the easy check, in and check, out process at the hotel. the location was great, with convenient access to major interstates and commercial shopping strip malls. Plus, having a refrigerator in the room was a bonus. the room itself was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience. the breakfast was quite disappointing, with inedible eggs that tasted like plastic and pre, wrapped bagels that raised concerns about health implications.
