When we realized that our handicapped husband required a special room, the check-in clerk was understanding and helped us secure a handicap accessible room. Additionally, we needed a space to meet with our attorney, and the manager kindly approved our use of a meeting room for an hour. We highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and understanding staff.
