Room was spacious with a fridge and microwave. Super comfy bed, but had some stains on the sheets. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was awesome, lots of hot coffee too. Friendly staff and fast WiFi. Plus, there's an on-site laundry and fitness center. Good deal for the price!

I had a great experience as this hotel is just off the interstate, making it super easy to explore both downtown Knoxville and West Knoxville, and is surrounded by plenty of parks like Lakeshore Park less than 3 km away and Westwood Park only a short 1 km walk which are perfect for wandering around and relaxing, plus there are plenty of restaurants within easy reach for meals after long days of exploring; the staff were friendly and the pool was fun for my boys, but the breakfast options could use clearer signage as I initially had trouble finding it.

The property offers a solid foundation for a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and cozy, though they show some age. Bathrooms are a refreshing contrast, freshly renovated. The breakfast selection is adequate, with consistently hot coffee to kickstart your day. Staff is a definite highlight—friendly, helpful, and attentive. Despite some minor cleanliness issues—cereal on the floor and hair in the shower—nothing overshadowed our experience. Communication at check-in could improve, as language barriers were apparent. This hotel is conveniently located, easily accessible from the interstate. it ticks most boxes for value, comfort, and a decent location. Would return, with hopes for enhanced cleaning standards.

I couldn’t believe how dirty our room was! The floors were grimy, and surfaces were dusty. The bathroom was the worst—hair everywhere, stains on the toilet, and it felt totally neglected.

The room was spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave, which added convenience. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the overall state of the room left much to be desired. There were noticeable cracks in the bathtub, affecting usability. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. Wifi was fast, which was a plus, but service was spotty without it. While the breakfast offerings were great, the lack of complimentary coffee was.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with a well-stocked selection overseen by a dedicated attendant. Also, having a room equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and a spacious desk made it convenient for remote work during our stay. The hotel's onsite coin laundry facility was a huge plus, allowing us to take care of multiple loads of laundry effortlessly.

Our otherwise enjoyable stay was marred by a few issues. the experience of being on a pet floor and dealing with flea bites was highly unpleasant and unacceptable.
