This place is a right gem! The room was clean as a whistle, and the staff were proper friendly, always ready to help. The brekkie had loads of options like eggs and bacon, which hit the spot. Only downside was the low water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, bang on!

after a long drive, i expected a room upgrade or atleast a welcoming smile, but no one seemed to care at all. breakfast was also a disappointment, just like this entire stay.

The staff here were super friendly and totally helpful when we needed directions. Enjoyed having free coffee and tea available all day. Breakfast was decent with some nice fresh fruit, and the outdoor pool was a plus!

Breakfast hours from 6am-9am felt too early. a later start would’ve been great. The parking area could use some monitoring to ensure more space and safety.

Had a comfortable night with clean rooms and a fresh bathroom. Just a hop to the university and downtown, which was a breeze. Seriously, I did not hear a peep from the interstate—how do they do that?

The breakfast was about as exciting as watching paint dry. And a little tip, those old pillows could use a bit of a retirement party!

Ope, I was real impressed with how clean everything was, yeah? Concrete floors and fresh bathrooms were a nice touch. The staff were friendly, always wearin' a smile, which I appreciated. Breakfast had just enough choices to get my day goin'. I wish they'd put some extra pillows in the room though—those flat ones weren't cuttin' it for us!

Sharp-sharp check-in, room was clean, and brekkie had a lekker coffee selection. I loved the fluffy pillows—definitely had a good snooze! Staff was super friendly, always had a smile. Plus, the parking was right by the door, which made it easy.

Bathroom water pressure was a bit low, so if you’ve got long hair, it’ll take ages to wash out. But all in all, a solid stay!

Our family had fun exploring the Knoxville Riverboat Company while staying here. The location is convenient for driving to attractions, and the hotel was clean with comfy beds, which made it nice after a long day out. The breakfast was decent too!

My kids wished for a better TV setup for streaming.

This was just a prime choice for a brief stop-in in Knoxville with good value. The staff helped me with my dog as I checked in, which was a huge relief after a long drive. Look for their great breakfast to kick-start your day.

We stayed for a night and it was a nice place to unwind. Got 2 side-by-side rooms for the fam, which was super convenient. The breakfast had decent options like eggs and bacon, but man, it could use some variety. Also, the outdoor pool wasn't open yet, which was a bummer for the kids. 10/10 stay overall!

I checked in on short notice and got a ground floor room with easy access for my dog. The staff welcomed us and were helpful during our stay. The area was quiet, and the room was clean. It was a good spot to stop for the night during my travels. I appreciated having breakfast options like eggs and bacon to start the day, even though I usually enjoy pasta for breakfast.

The location is excellent for accessing nearby attractions and eateries. However, parking is a challenge. limited spots are available, and some areas are poorly lit, which is concerning at night. Upon entering, I encountered unclean sheets that had pet hairs, prompting a room change. The air freshener in the new room was overwhelming, likely intended to mask odors. Breakfast offered sourdough bread, but the rest fell flat, leaving little to be desired for a satisfying start to the day.
