I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I stayed in a room with a balcony and had the best view of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, catering to all my needs. The hotel's location in Downtown San Diego was perfect for exploring the city.

The hotel is situated in a superb location, close to the vibrant Westfield shopping centre where you can enjoy different shops and restaurants. Moreover, it's a short distance from the breweries around Miramar and the huge Westfield UTC mall. The service is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Guests can take advantage of the fitness center and the lounge bar. The outdoor seating area is an added benefit where you can spend relaxing moments.

Some areas in the hotel are in need of renovation.

The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a spacious room with a huge flat screen TV. The shower had fantastic water pressure and we loved the different settings. our experience at this hotel was amazing!

The valet service at this hotel was excellent, making my arrival after a long day of travel much easier. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind. Additionally, the lobby and bar had a pleasant ambiance, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the room lacked some basic amenities such as a microwave and coffee maker, which would have been convenient.

Nothing it was perfect.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The staff members were attentive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a couple of downsides to our stay. Firstly, the parking situation was quite expensive, with a daily fee that felt overpriced.

Great hotel, loved the room and pool! The Zimmerservice Tri Rindfleisch Sandwich with sweet potato fries was amazing! Perfect for a medical conference. Spacious room with balcony for fresh air. highly recommended!

The best aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the excellent service and the delicious food at the restaurant. the staff, especially Jonathan, was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. the filet and fried brussels sprouts were particularly amazing. Additionally, our room had a comfortable bed and a balcony with a panoramic view of the sunset, which was a great advantage.
