The room was clean and we got extra towels easily parking was abundant and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Plus we were just a short walk from the beach and saw a nice area for dogs.

It wasn’t inexpensive but it was fine for what we got.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. The room was super clean and comfy with nice amenities like a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Loved the friendly staff and pet-friendly vibe. Extra towels were easy to get. Fitness center was a plus too. Parking was good, and coffee could be stronger.

Room cleanliness was an issue; it was never cleaned during our stay. The breakfast had tasty options, even if limited.

The hotel is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach surrounded by beautiful homes and greenery, making it an ideal spot for anyone who loves to stroll and soak up the sun while enjoying the scenery and nearby attractions like Rainbow Harbor Shopping Center and the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, both within a short drive; I also loved the dog-friendly policy which made my stay even more enjoyable for my furry companions, but the breakfast options could use some variety and the room cleanliness could be improved.

Comfortable stay with great staff

I enjoyed my time at La Quinta with comfortable beds and a spacious room that offered a lovely view of the pond. The friendly staff, especially Ms. Nikki, went above and beyond to recommend local attractions. The pool area was clean, making for a relaxing stay just minutes from the beach.

The room was conveniently located for easy access. The bed, however, was caved in the middle, causing an uncomfortable roll towards my partner. Temperature control was adequate, but noise levels varied—some nights felt too loud. The pet-friendly aspect was appreciated, especially during our stay. Unfortunately, the room showed signs of neglect, with dust in vents potentially triggering allergies. The chair in the room was worn, needing replacement. While the overall aesthetics felt appealing, cleanliness was inconsistent. Having access to necessary items like towels was frustrating, requiring trips to the front desk.

Minimal adjustments were made for these inconveniences, which could have improved our stay significantly. While I've enjoyed stays here before, this visit did not meet expectations.
