Awesome pet-friendly place! Staff is super friendly. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, kitchenette, and private bathroom with full-size shampoo and body wash. Indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen. Plus, a fitness center for a good workout!

I truly enjoyed my stay, as the hotel was just a short drive from all the excitement in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the beautiful Smoky Mountains, making it super convenient for weekend strolls and explorations, plus it was nice to find clean, modern facilities and a lovely indoor pool to relax in after a day out; however, while the breakfast had great options like waffles and hot coffee, I felt a few more choices would have made it even better.

La Quinta By Wyndham Sevierville offers a great location near local attractions. The staff is exceptionally accommodating, making the check-in process pleasant. The beds are clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. some areas, like the breakfast service, could use improvement.

Room felt fresh and modern, and the bathroom was bright with ample towels. noise from barking dogs at night was disruptive, and the front desk’s service varied—some were friendly, while others were less accommodating. The indoor pool was warm but small, and we were left wanting more breakfast options for early risers. Cleanliness could improve in some areas, and parking was easy, but there's a mix of excellent and disappointing aspects that made the experience a bit uneven.

Honestly, the cleanliness was a huge letdown. The shower curtain had obvious grime, and there was hair everywhere. I ended up wiping down the bathroom before using it, which is just not okay when you're paying for a hotel stay.

Recently remodeled and in excellent condition. The Kings suite was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our needs. Loved the Dove products and ample charging stations. Breakfast options left much to be desired; an obsession with blueberries isn't a win for everyone. Customer service was a highlight, especially Danish at check-in. housekeeping missed several marks—ripped shower curtain, unclean toilet, and lingering odors. The indoor pool was more of a sauna and the outdoor area needed attention. A polite request for a room change ended with inconvenience. Room details matter; dirt, stale coffee pods and traffic noise detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay. The potential is there, but improvements are necessary.

Everything you could want for a comfy stay in the Smoky Mountains. Free breakfast, indoor pool, and Dollywood nearby. Such a treat!
