The spa treatments were enjoyable and helped me relax after a long day. The location near the hiking trails was convenient for outdoor activities and allowed me to explore the natural surroundings. Additionally, the complementary wine served in the evenings was a nice touch and added to the overall enjoyable experience.

The room itself was outdated and had a musky smell, which considering the high price I paid for one night. The customer service at the spa was lacking, as we felt rushed through our treatments and were informed of the "industry standard" tip amount with no consideration for the quality of service received.

It was truly a gem of an experience. Moreover, the breakfast offered at the hotel was outstanding, and we received a voucher for breakfast due to a mix-up with our reservation. The food was delightful, especially the amazing fruit. The entire staff was exceptional, ensuring our needs were met and making our stay even more pleasant.

We had a delightful stay at a charming and well-located hotel. The room was spacious with two comfortable king-sized beds, perfect for a family of four. We especially loved the cozy gas fireplace and the thoughtful touch of champagne and anniversary wishes. The bistro served excellent breakfast and the coffee & hot cocoa bar in the lobby was a nice treat. The staff, especially Lisa, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The beautiful countryside surrounding the hotel is perfect for hiking, with direct access to a state park trail. The owner went above and beyond to help when we were stranded, showing true hospitality. The on-site restaurant offers excellent food, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Wine tastings are a daily treat, and the staff treats guests like family.
