the hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff, especially May from the reception, was very kind and helpful. the internet connection was also good, and the room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped. I appreciated the free room upgrade and the slightly later check-out time given to accommodate my flight schedule. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food, and the rooftop restaurant and pool provided a great place to relax.

One downside was the limited number of elevators. With over 20 floors, it could get quite crowded, and there were often long wait times for the elevators.

The hotel was perfectly located, close to most of the restaurants around. Makati Ave was full of great food establishments and a crazy amount of nightlife. We didn't even want to go out during the day ever again. The room was cozy, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast had plenty of choices, including the Far Eastern menu with fried rice and vegetable stir fry. Wi-Fi was fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful, always informing us of any long wait.

This place in the business area of Makati has an excellent location. It is situated in a big avenue at the heart of the city, surrounded by a good variety of restaurants. The staff here gave me outstanding customer service. They were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to assisting me in getting transportation to and from the airport. It was easy to relax and unwind in the leisure swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the rooftop pool offered a beautiful view. The hotel also had a spa center where I could enjoy a full body massage, which was an added bonus. the service and facilities provided here were top-notch.

The staff here could have been more service-minded and friendly. However, I would still recommend this hotel to family and friends based on the outstanding accommodation and hospitality I have experienced here in the past years.

As a satisfied guest at City Garden Hotel, I had a wonderful stay. Ms May at reception was very efficient and upgraded us to suite rooms without any extra charge. The hotel's central location was perfect, with Indian restaurants nearby. The welcome drink in the lobby was a nice touch, and all the staff were excellent and warm. We were grateful for the breakfast manager who specially prepared vegetarian dishes for us. The pool and Jacuzzi on the 23rd-floor terrace were great, and the staff even packed us veg sandwiches for our early morning sightseeing.
