It's hard to find a hotel as pleasant as this one! This venue is located right on the Square, at the very heart of the city. The staff is experienced and professional, they truly know what customer service is all about. The service room service is a real plus, as well as the relaxing leisure spa & wellness centre with massage, full body massage, spa lounge, beauty treatment and other treatments. The swimming pool is also perfect! In addition, the room amenities are well equipped with an in-room safe, free wi-fi, tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a home away from home.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to great restaurants, rooftop bars, and shops. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, from the rooms to the carpets. The staff members were friendly and helpful, especially the valets who gave us excellent recommendations for dining and shopping.

The room had modern furnishings, a great shower, and a high-end feel. The faux wood flooring was a nice touch and felt more sanitary than carpeting. We loved being able to watch movies in bed that were still in theaters. The hotel had a great view of downtown Lancaster and was conveniently located next to fresh markets, restaurants, and the Lancaster Marionette Museum. The staff was efficient and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel for a holiday getaway! the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the indoor pool was a nice feature, although it could have been a bit warmer. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I particularly enjoyed having a mini-fridge in the room. the hotel is conveniently attached to a parking garage, making it easy to come and go. the location is fantastic, with excellent restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance.

One downside was that the room was difficult to cool down, even with the AC on the lowest setting. It made it hard to sleep comfortably at night.

The location of this hotel in downtown was perfect for being able to walk to so many shops, bars, restaurants, and art galleries. I especially loved that it was across the street from the indoor farmer's market. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made me feel really relaxed during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I even found some old Mike and Ike's near the pull-out sofa. The hotel had everything I required, and I loved the view over the old town with the church spires in sight. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day.

The noise from the rooms upstairs and beside me was a bit noticeable at times.

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Lancaster for a dance competition. Despite the hotel being busy with two weddings and a basketball tournament, the staff remained friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a coffee maker and blow dryer. The beds and pillows were fantastic, ensuring a good night's sleep. Check-in and check-out were easy, thanks to the convenient TV check out.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. the elevator service was incredibly slow and we often had to wait for a long time or take the stairs.
