From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were amazed. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks and drinks in our room. The location was key, close to many attractions and restaurants in the area. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight of our stay, with fantastic views and delicious cocktails.

The spa facilities were a bit disappointing. The change room was too small and poorly set-up, which was a shame given the overall luxurious feel of the hotel.

The recently renovated Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills exceeded our expectations. The high-tech features in the room, such as the heating and cooling system, made our stay comfortable. The Spa & wellness centre was a heavenly experience, complete with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and full-body massage. The treatment rooms were spacious and the beauty treatments were of the highest quality. The sun terrace, with its heated swimming pool, was the perfect place to unwind and soak up some sun.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the in-room breakfast. It was delivered a bit late, but still hot and delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to return for another luxurious experience.
