Spacious suite on a third-floor, beautifully redecorated. Warm muffins and fruit salad for breakfast, freshly made. Bird sanctuary next door, deck with beautiful views. Host provides chairs, binoculars, telescope for bird watching. Quiet location, only birds and breeze heard.

As youngsters, we loved the delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and warm muffins. Bird watching activities were a highlight. Cons: Felt like royalty, no complaint.

Plus, being able to charge my EV overnight for a fair fee was a big convenience. the setting was so peaceful, and with a cozy cafe just a short drive away in Tiverton Four Corners.

It felt a bit odd sharing the entrance with the owner. I wish there was more privacy, especially for solo travelers.

Pure joy staying here. 1st visit, staff planned my evening. Perfect amenities: Wi-Fi, parking, 24/7 reception, security, TV. Ideal for my hobbies: hiking, fishing, beach. A/C, no pets, no smoking. Returning for Easter. Love this place!
