Beautiful hotel with a stunning lobby and friendly staff. The pool was closed during our stay, which was disappointing.

Familiar with the area, so that was a plus. The classic decor was top, notch, and the rooms were super nice and relaxing. The art and decor were truly amazing, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

Housekeeping was a mess; had to beg for service, and even then, the room was left untidy.

I keep coming back for the excellent service and warm hospitality. They once helped me with a bottle of water at night. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and a fitness center. Can't wait to return for Christmas.

Friendly staff, beautiful decor, great location, comfortable rooms, convenient amenities. Bell, front desk, concierge, room service, and cleaning staff were attentive and kind. Surprised my husband with champagne and it exceeded expectations. Perfect location with easy access to everything. Pool has a stunning view. No paranormal experiences. Can't wait to return and share this amazing and unforgettable experience with friends.

Dark, quiet bedrooms for deep sleep. Smooth check-in and a taste of local culture.
