Just a short walk away from the bustling French Quarter and the lively atmosphere along Bourbon Street, I found this hotel to be incredibly convenient for all of my weekend adventures, with top attractions like the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and beautiful parks like Louis Armstrong Park within easy reach of less than a 20-minute stroll; plus, the comfortable beds and clean, modern rooms made my stay enjoyable, but a delayed check-in was a slight bump in an otherwise great experience.

The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy without being stuffy. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere; it was a pleasant surprise given the location. the lighting was quite dim, making it challenging to apply makeup. The sink in the restroom was clogged, which was frustrating. The towels, while somewhat worn, still did the job.

I was really let down by the lack of basic amenities. No room service or even breakfast options available. Coming back to a warm room and rude staff just made the whole experience worse. Definitely not worth the price.

The Napoleon suite was absolutely stunning, and the peanut butter and jelly tradition added a nice touch to our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious room was tastefully decorated. there were a few drawbacks that slightly impacted our experience. I was disappointed that the bar was never open, and there were issues with the elevators during our stay. It was inconvenient having to carry our luggage up stairs due to the main entrance being repaired. In terms of amenities, I found it odd that there was no clock or clock radio in the room, which is something I typically expect in a hotel room. the heating in my room had some issues - one night, the room was too cold, and the next night, it was too hot and leaking water onto the carpet. While the staff did their best to address the problem, it was still a bit of a hassle. I also wasn't pleased with the lack of transparency regarding additional charges, such as valet parking fees and extra charges for breakfast. Being informed about these fees upfront would have been appreciated to avoid any surprises.

Great location, perfect for a med school graduation—just a short walk to everything. The room was clean and modern, and the PB & J tradition was a charming touch. check-in took an hour, and the initial toilet issue went unresolved until it overflowed. We were moved at midnight and given a comp for the night, which was appreciated. Some front desk staff were distant, but others were incredibly kind. Comfy mattresses and a lovely lobby. it had its quirks, but there were definitely some highlights to the experience.

The lobby is stunning and super clean. Location is unbeatable, close to the French Quarter and fun spots. Staff are friendly and super helpful.

The staff is commendable—extremely nice and eager to assist despite limited resources. Rooms are clean but show signs of age; renovations are overdue. With only two elevators, one out of service during a busy time, we often took the stairs. A broken bathroom door and leaking sink added to the woes. The dining experience was unfortunately marred by uncomfortable service, despite the staff's friendliness. The bar setup is lacking, and the drinks didn’t meet expectations. Hot water and proper air conditioning were absent. While the mattresses and location provide comfort, the hotel demands a refreshing overhaul. Charming ambiance, yet it falls short of its four-star claims. Would I recommend it? Proceed with caution.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the Jazz Festival and jamming to cool music. The Caesars Superdome was epic for catching games and concerts, plus the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park was lit for thrill seekers like us!

Wish they had a lively nightlife scene on-site to keep the party going all night long! .
