great location - only 300 yards from temple square - could see the temple and tabernacle from my window. good restaurant on site. gourmet restaurants about four blocks away. the hotel was very clean and quiet. front desk was friendly and efficient.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring Salt Lake City, and this serene sanctuary surpassed our expectations. The friendly and energetic staff at the visitor's center were incredibly helpful in guiding us to the best family-friendly activities. We enjoyed a refreshing morning swim, a relaxed family picnic, and an afternoon of wildlife gazing, all within a short drive from the hotel. October delivered with endless activities around the city and beyond to get us in the festive spirit, making our family vacation truly memorable.

My kids wished for a better play area for children within the hotel premises.

I stayed at the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel SureStay Collection by Best Western for a convenient transit during my travel. The location is great, as it's only 1.9 km from 600 West @ 250 S and 15 km from Salt Lake City International, making it easy to access. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, adding to the convenience of the stay.

While the hotel's amenities and location were convenient, I found the additional fees and lack of flexibility regarding room changes to be slightly disappointing. The nickel and diming with small charges and hidden fees, as mentioned in the database, took away from the overall experience.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to Temple Square and all the attractions. You can easily explore everything without the need for transportation.

All was great.

This hotel has an excellent restaurant with great steak and fries. The pool offers a beautiful view of the Temple. The king bed is wide and perfect for a family with 2 small kids. The hotel is located right across the street from Temple Square and a minute's walk from the Family History Centre. City Creek Shopping Plaza is just a five-minute walk away. The UTA TRAX line conveniently passes in front of the building. There is a laundromat on-site, or the concierge can shuttle you to/from the airport.

Staff recommended great local delivery. The hotel has all I need: free Wi-Fi, fitness center, outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. Perfect for me. I'll be back for New Year.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to downtown activities and just across the street from a famous landmark. Additionally, the secure indoor parking was a convenient feature, allowing us to bring our luggage into the hotel without going outside.

The room was very clean and comfortable. the TV was large and there was a microwave available. the key location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the city center, Temple Square, and the Gateway Mall. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The balcony door was sealed shut and the AC was locked, which made it difficult to adjust the temperature in the room. the curtains and windows didn't fully close, resulting in a lot of noise from outside when the wind was blowing.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Surestay Collection By Best Western. The free shuttle to the airport every 45 minutes was incredibly convenient, especially since we had an early morning flight. The hotel was also quick to respond to our requests, even at night. The check-out process was a breeze - we simply called the front desk and left the key in the room. The hassle-free experience made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and responsive service.
