The staff here is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests are well taken care of. From the attentive pool staff to the friendly and helpful hotel employees, I felt well looked after throughout my entire stay. The service was top-notch, with amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter available. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities, including a spa & wellness center, swimming pools, beach access, and live entertainment. The pool area is stunning, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available for relaxation. I also enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant and poolside snack bar. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The value for the price was outstanding and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, close to charming Espanola Way and Lincoln shopping. Most importantly, the staff treated me like a VIP guest throughout my stay.

We loved the art deco lobby and the ambiance of the hotel. The staff was amazing, especially the receptionist and the beach attendant who helped us with chairs and umbrellas. The pool was fantastic, one of the longest for swimming, and we enjoyed the beautiful sun deck just steps away from the beach. The hotel's location on Collins Ave was perfect, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at National Hotel. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the perfect location near downtown and the beach. The hotel's history and stunning gardens added a touch of elegance to our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Our room was clean and well-designed, with a great shower and practical bathroom. We were also impressed with the small space utilization and tasteful decor. National Hotel provided the perfect getaway experience, especially during our unexpected stay during Hurricane Dorian.
