The lobby bar had great drinks and friendly staff. The parking fees were unexpected and a hassle.

I had a very comfortable stay at Southbank Hotel. The bed was cozy and the room was just what I needed. The riverside location was beautiful and provided a nice view. The hotel's interior was also nice and met my expectations. I would recommend this hotel.

Fabulous! Despite a slightly long check-in process due to a convention and concerts in town, the staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The coffee served by the restaurant staff was delicious and the beds in our very clean and comfortable rooms were a dream. The hotel's location by the riverwalk made for a scenic and relaxing stay. However, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was a drawback. a great choice for a downtown stay.
