The hotel had an interesting historical background and showcased artifacts in the lobby. The view from the high towers was impressive, offering a great view of the city. It was convenient to have breakfast included in the stay, although the service at the Oak Room restaurant was lackluster.

The hotel was disappointing overall. The rooms lacked sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep due to noisy neighbors. To make matters worse, the hotel charged additional fees without prior notice or explanation. The staff was unhelpful and lacked transparency. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

The dining experience was exceptional with a restaurant, in-room breakfast, and a bar/lounge area offering special diet menus. The staff members were available around the clock to provide different services, and the facilities like the fitness center and luggage storage area were free to use.

I recently stayed at The Westin St. Francis in the heart of Union Square for a few nights. The location was fantastic, with a great view from my 23rd-floor room facing East. The staff and security did a wonderful job managing the New Year's Eve party crowd. I also loved the live camera display at the front desk. The bed linen, cleanliness, and bathroom fittings were all top-notch. The elevators were efficient, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The building itself was beautiful, and the on-site dining and bar facilities were excellent. a great stay in a central location.

The bar service was also exceptional, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. The amenities in the room were great too, with free Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer and free toiletries. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel was near everything, with a major shopping area and plenty of transportation choices. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful building, spacious rooms, and a nice bar and dining options. I recently stayed at a hotel in Union Square for my short vacation in San Francisco. The location was incredible, right opposite the bustling Union Square. The lobby was vibrant and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when it came to the internet service. Despite the slightly older room, it had a charming appeal. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower was fantastic. The hotel even upgraded us to a larger room for free. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

We loved the old-fashioned charm of the hotel. The lobby was stunning and our room was spacious with great views. The location couldn't be better! we had a memorable stay at Westin.

Centrally located with a convenient cable car stop outside. New tower rooms have a great view. Pet-friendly policy allows dogs, but guests must keep them with them at all times. Comfortable bed and modern TV. Courteous and helpful staff, who promptly fulfill requests. Recommended for future stays.

This hotel is perfectly located on a bustling street full of life and excitement, especially during the Chinese New Year parade which can be viewed from the windows facing the square. Additionally, the close proximity to tourist destinations and everything downtown San Francisco has to offer makes this hotel an excellent choice. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and come with amazing views of the Golden Gate Bridge or Coit Tower. Guests can enjoy several on-site facilities that include a fitness center, spa, and excellent breakfast selection.

Despite the many positives, some guests have complained about noise from the water pipes which can be frustrating.
