The pool is heated and there’s a hot tub, plus a fitness center. Great nature walks nearby. Food options inside and outside. Perfect for families with playgrounds.

Perfectly positioned for adventure and relaxation

This hotel offers a peaceful retreat while being just a short stroll from fun sights like Buffalo Park Loop, which is only about 3 km away, and the Flagstaff Farmer's Market, just under 2 km away, making it perfect for those of us who love exploring on foot; the swimming pool is large and well maintained too, providing a great place to unwind after a day of hiking the trails right outside our door, although the bar service could improve a bit for those late-night snacks.

The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds that provided excellent rest. The bathrooms featured two sinks, enhancing convenience for our family. Temperature control was effective, keeping the atmosphere just right. Windows were well insulated, blocking out noise despite the nearby highway and gas station. we found wrappers on the floor and a contact lens left on the nightstand, suggesting some cleaning oversights. While the shower was great, and the views from the room were beautiful, housekeeping could improve.

Minor issues, like a difficult patio door and a gift shop lacking unique items, didn’t overshadow the overall delight of the stay. Would recommend for a cozy, unexpected getaway!

The gym had top-notch equipment for my workout, very posh. The breakfast buffet was a food lover's dream, I indulged. The North Pole Experience was a blast – Santa's workshop is a Christmas miracle!

Unique furnishings and a gorgeous lobby with a massive wood-burning fireplace create an inviting atmosphere. Dining was a highlight—elegant restaurant, delicious food. issues arose. The AC was disturbingly loud, interrupting sleep, and navigating with a stroller was challenging due to stair access. An untrained front desk employee delayed check-in and failed to inform me about cleaning protocols. Security is a concern; no inner deadlock means any guest can enter at any time. Despite these drawbacks, this hotel is a gem. I’m thankful for the experience and will return, but changes are necessary.
