I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main road and stunning scenic views. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to assist me. I especially want to mention Cindy, who was simply amazing. The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and they even served made-to-order omelettes on Saturday mornings. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a comfortable sitting area, a terrace with garden furniture, and a flat-screen TV. I also loved the leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace. my experience at this hotel was truly enhanced by the quality service and the enhanced comfort it provided.

In terms of improvements, the hotel could do a better job in replacing soiled pillowcase covers and ensuring a consistent supply of Kleenex. The cleaning of the toilet commode could also be more thorough.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Sturgeon Bay, I was delighted to find that our room had a mini fridge and microwave, making it convenient for storing and reheating food. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and had a charming tiki bar where we enjoyed happy hour with live music. It was also a big bonus that the hotel was dog friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friend along on our trip.

The room also had a convenient door to the outside yard, making it easy to take my dogs in and out. The view was beautiful, and the hotel grounds were well-kept. The location right next to the river was perfect, as it was just a short walk to downtown. The breakfast provided each morning was a nice treat, and the staff were accommodating and helpful, especially Cindy, Paul, and Nicki. I can't wait to go back and feel at home again in this great area.

We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast offered, with omelets being a particularly tasty addition. Despite the presence of other guests, the place was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

One drawback we encountered was the slightly dated facilities, particularly the beds which could benefit from updating as they were quite soft. Additionally, the parking lot had some unpaved gravel areas that posed a trip hazard.
