The rooms at Hilton Charlotte University Place are so cozy and comfy, with plush bedding that makes you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. The laptop-compatible safes also give me peace of mind for my valuables.

Personally, I found the lighting a bit too bright in the rooms. But I guess some people might prefer that extra brightness.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short distance from UNCC. It was great being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We felt safe in the spacious parking lot and the surrounding area was nice and clean. No need to spend on transportation as there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Minor thing but I wish there was another trash can in the room besides the one in the bathroom. Not a huge deal, of course, but it would have been convenient.

Located near several shopping malls and a light rail station, this hotel sits on a serene little lake with a variety of wildlife to spot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but some have dirty sheets, stains on the comforter, and small, unventilated bathrooms. Although breakfast is available, it's pricey, and the maids may disturb guests with early morning knocks and loud hallway conversations.
