The location is perfect for walking to local attractions. The room had loose outlets, which made charging devices difficult.

I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Charlotte University Place, enjoying the clean and comfortable room with a large bathroom. The staff in the Concierge Lounge, especially Kori, provided excellent service with timely replenishments of snacks and drinks. However, the check-in experience could be improved, as it felt rushed and lacking in warmth. Great for families visiting local attractions.

Room was clean and comfy, but the bathroom had heaps of maintenance issues, eh? Staff were nice but could've been more helpful. Chur for the cozy vibe!

The breakfast system was confusing for Elite members. we didn’t realize we had to go to the executive lounge to eat for free, which was a hassle. It could be clearer for future guests to avoid any misunderstandings.

It's frustrating to deal with outdated fixtures in the rooms, and the housekeeping service was too infrequent. Parking was a nuisance during peak times!!!

I loved that this hotel is just a short walk away from the Shoppes at University Place and the beautiful UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens, making it super convenient for exploring the area on foot and enjoying the local scenery and park vibes.

The view from the executive floor was breathtaking, and the pool area was rarely crowded, perfect for relaxation.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a bar area. On my first stay, the staff was so helpful with my elderly parents, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

I had a great time at this hotel! The comfy deluxe king room offered an awesome view and the breakfast buffet was pretty solid! However, the fitness room got crowded quickly.
