The hotel had a great variety of restaurants and shops, making it feel like a mini resort. We even found a convenience store on-site, which was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic as it was just a 3-minute walk from the train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and also get to the airport quickly.

The rooms in the hotel's Annex Tower were disappointing. They were old, tired, and in need of renovations.

We stayed in the main building for a few days and one night in the Annex tower. The rooms were extremely clean and we couldn't find a single fault. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to Shinagawa Station. From there, you can conveniently travel to various cities in Japan. The accessibility is like that of a central station, making it a breeze to explore the country. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at the Prince hotel. The location was perfect, being right across from Shinagawa station, which made it really convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is part of a large entertainment complex with lots of shops, restaurants, and activities on site. My room, though small, was well equipped and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

my recent stay in tokyo was great, but prince hotel took it to another level. the location was super convenient for transportation, and the fluent english-speaking staff made everything so easy. plus, being a prince club emi member allowed me to enjoy a late check-out and extra perks like a 500yen voucher.

Convenient stay, very close to the station. Room size and hygiene are both above average, with comfortable bedding. Great variety of food options nearby, and beautiful views from high floors. Enjoyable experience overall, especially the bar on the upper level.

I stayed at this place during a typhoon and it was a perfect choice. The size of this hotel complex is impressive, with so many facilities to enjoy. I arrived early but was able to explore the hotel and even visit the aquarium. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, the best one during my trip. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and welcoming, and I could even check out late for a small fee. The location was fantastic, right across from the train station, making transportation a breeze. There were also plenty of shops and food options within the hotel complex.

The only downside was some of the staff weren't as friendly or helpful as others. However, overall, I highly recommend this hotel to my friends for its luxurious amenities, convenient location, and enhanced comfort.
