The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our Christmas stay truly special. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, with freshly baked English muffins and jams. The location was perfect for exploring wineries, and the hosts provided maps and coupons for free tastings. We loved the cozy and tastefully decorated room, complete with a TV, fireplace, and attached bathroom. The enclosed back porch was a great spot to relax, with a mini fridge stocked with complimentary drinks.

There were no negative aspects during our Christmas stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, and everything exceeded our expectations.

We loved the cozy cabin, great breakfasts, and beautiful grounds. The owners were warm and helpful, making us feel at home. The location was close enough to Penn Yan for convenience, but still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was the best we've had at a B&B, with homemade jams and syrups. The little extras in our room made our stay even more enjoyable.

We recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast in the Finger Lakes region. Los Gatos B&B provided us with a lovely getaway for a family trip. The hosts, Burney and Susan, were warm and accommodating. The rooms were well-maintained and each had their own private bathroom. The property was picturesque, with beautiful gardens, porches, and a gazebo overlooking bird feeders. Breakfasts were a highlight, featuring delicious homemade jams and sauces. We also enjoyed the presence of hummingbirds and the occasional Mennonite wagon passing by. Highly recommend this hotel!

We loved the beautiful, clean property, with its stunning garden. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to many wineries and right on the lake. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff was very accommodating.
