Great vibes, awesome location

This place is super nice and has a fantastic location! The staff was friendly and the rooftop bar has breathtaking views. The rooms are clean and comfy, with a fun shower setup. Just a bit disappointed there’s no room service, and that robot delivery never worked for me. Still, loved the atmosphere!

During my stay at Luma Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and attractive room that was allocated to me. The shower was excellent and provided a refreshing experience. Despite being located near the elevators, the noise from outside the room was minimal, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. The staff members were all pleasant and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the cute little robot that assisted with various tasks. The late check-out option was also greatly appreciated.

The HVAC system in the room was quite loud, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, there was limited storage space for luggage, and the hotel did not provide foldable luggage stands.

It was down the block from both the Chase Center and Oracle Park with train access right outside. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with amazing room darkening shades. the coffee shop in the lobby served the most delicious coffee and baked items, and the gym was well equipped and spacious. my experience at Luma Hotel San Francisco - Hottest New Hotel In the Us was fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at the #1 Hottest New Hotel in the US. The location was perfect, being close to the stadiums and the Chase Center. There were plenty of nearby restaurants for the kids to play. The room was comfortable with a huge bathroom and shower. The staff was professional and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The rooftop bar provided incredible views of the city, and the atmosphere was welcoming and fun. it was a great place to stay, close to everything we needed.

The parking fee was a bit pricey.

The Luma Hotel exceeded our expectations with its modern facilities and friendly staff. The rooms were wonderfully modeled with state-of-the-art amenities, including remote-controlled windows and a fantastic air conditioning system. The toiletries provided were of top-notch quality, and the hotel even had a robot that delivered extra supplies to our room. The rooftop bar offered amazing drinks and stunning views of the city. The hotel's proximity to Oracle Park was perfect for baseball fans like us. the Luma Hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay for business guests like us.

We felt warmly welcomed and had no complaints at all during our stay.

Loved the cozy coffee shop with pastries, great for a caffeine fix. The breakfast options were amazing, a perfect start to the day. The staff was helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home.

Oh, and who needs a coffee maker in the room? Going downstairs for coffee, what a delightful inconvenience!

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent service, from the housekeeping to the 24-hour reception. We were impressed by the range of facilities available, including the fitness centre, luggage storage and express check-in/ check-out. We especially loved the welcome drink upon arrival and the in-room breakfast that made our mornings so convenient. The rooms were fitted with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and ironing facilities, as well as being soundproofed for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this destination.

The Luma Hotel in San Francisco exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive. The modern and comfortable room, with its state-of-the-art amenities, made me feel right at home. I was especially impressed with the high-quality toiletries provided, and the robot delivery service was a unique touch. The rooftop bar offered amazing drinks and breathtaking views. The location was perfect, close to cute restaurants and popular attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in the city.

While the hotel had many great features, there were a few minor drawbacks. I wish there was a kettle and complimentary water or tea/coffee in the room.

Gorgeous views! Floor to ceiling windows in the rooms with views over the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bathroom had great products. The location was key, close to the popular attractions. good value for money.

The WiFi was a bit annoying as it required re-linking every 24 hours. Sometimes, the re-link page wouldn't load properly on my iPhone, so I had to forget the network and reconnect.
