I recently stayed at Made Hotel for a holiday in New York. The front reception staff, especially BJ, were amazing and truly cared about making our stay memorable. The hotel lobby with its minimalist design and cafe was cool, offering great coffee. The unique feel of the place set it apart from other ordinary hotels. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags after checkout so we could enjoy the city. it was an amazing experience and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel had a trendy and relaxed atmosphere that we, as seniors, surprisingly enjoyed. The room was clean and cleverly utilized the space with wall-mounted storage. The bathroom had a modern design and the shower was excellent. The hotel's location was convenient, with attractions like Bryant Square, the Empire State Building, and Madison Square Gardens nearby. Plus, it was close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city.

The check-in experience was rude and unwelcoming, with one staff member consistently displaying a negative attitude. The walls and doors were quite thin, causing loud noises from neighboring rooms.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to everything in midtown Manhattan and just a short walk to the subway station. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks, and the spa facilities were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

The hotel had a fantastic location, with easy access to popular attractions and transportation options. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering complimentary wine during a social event. the interior design of the rooms was trendy and cozy, with comfortable beds and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The room layout made it slightly difficult to access the window side of the bed. the lighting by the mirrors in the bathroom was inadequate for doing makeup or styling hair.

I recently had a great city break in a trendy and cozy hotel with great coffee and pastries for breakfast. the staff made me feel at home, especially when I was ill, they went out of their way to make me feel better. the location is ideal for exploring the city with great Wi-Fi, and the bed was so comfortable that I had some of the best nights’ sleep in a while.

Noise could be an issue if you are facing the construction site, and there is no fridge and closet in the room. If it’s your first time in the city, you should know that it's far from the main attractions such as Central Park and the museum district.
