Neat and clean rooms, massive and comfy beds. Good food court open 24/7. Access to the grand canal shops is easy. Huge casino with lots of gaming options. The spa facilities are amazing with fitness classes, steam room, and relaxing massages. Nice sunset view in St Mark's square. Just a beautiful place overall.

I had such a frustrating experience with the cleanliness of my bathroom. I found what looked like mold, and even after a late-night clean, they insisted we leave. The manager was unhelpful, leaving me stressed before my early flight.

The location is superb, right near all the best spots. The overall vibe is chic and modern, and I loved the express checkout to skip the line madness!

The romantic atmosphere is a big draw, but the inconsistencies left us wishing for a more seamless experience. Would consider staying again, but with some reservations.

The premium 2 queen bed suite was spacious, comfortably accommodating four people. The bed offered excellent support, perfect for a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the big bathroom with both a separate shower and tub, though the towels were rough. The suite was relatively quiet, with minimal noise from the hallway. the refrigerator was cramped, making it difficult to store beverages. The decor felt somewhat outdated and could use a refresh. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a pleasant environment throughout our stay. the suite had its highlights but also areas needing improvement.

Staying in this amazing resort meant that everything was just a short stroll away, as attractions like the Venetian and The Mirage are less than a 10-minute walk, while the famous Bellagio and its breathtaking fountains are just around the corner, giving me the chance to enjoy the vibrant energy of Las Vegas right at my feet; the spacious rooms and beautiful pool areas made my stay even more enjoyable, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement, though the check-in process could be streamlined for a quicker start to the fun.

During our recent family stay in Las Vegas for a short vacation, we were pleased with the spacious and luxurious suite that provided a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The hotel offered great access to a variety of fabulous restaurants, making dining convenient and enjoyable. The indoor facilities were well-maintained and contributed to a comfortable and pleasant stay for our family.

The pool area was beautiful and the staff were excellent. The Bellini Bar is fantastic with a long list of beverages. The massage parlor was top-notch. I felt like royalty at the Prestige Club Lounge.

My room was as outdated as my grandmother's attic.

Great amenities like free Wi-Fi and fitness center; crowded pool area was overwhelming.
