We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was quiet and spacious, with a lovely bathroom. The location was super convenient for shopping. The staff treated us like royalty, making us feel at home.

The morning meal could have been better if the sausages were less mealy.

Great pre, arrival experience with helpful and friendly staff. Received early check, in and an unexpected upgrade. Room was large with a comfortable desk area and a good selection of TV channels. Experience was ruined by security alarms going off twice during their stay, causing disruption and discomfort. Lack of security at the entrance, allowing non, guests to enter the premises freely.

The hotel had a prime location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the food at the on-site restaurant was outstanding, with a great menu and cozy atmosphere.

Spacious and clean rooms with modern decor. The Bar Boulud breakfast is top-notch in terms of quality and service. The location is extremely convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. I especially enjoyed my morning walks at Boston Commons and along the scenic Charles River.

Man kann einfach aus dem Hotel treten und schon ist man am Meer. Es bietet sich die Möglichkeit, lange Spaziergänge entlang der Promenade zu unternehmen und das Meeresrauschen zu genießen. Im Allgemeinen gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreiche Restaurants und Boutiquen, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und bot eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Bedauerlicherweise gab es keine ausreichende Klimaanlage, sodass es im Hochsommer im Zimmer sehr heiß werden kann.

We had an outstanding experience at the Mandarin Oriental during our stay in Boston. The room upgrade at check-in was a pleasant surprise and the king bed was truly luxurious. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The spa was amazing, with top-notch massages by Kate. The front desk team, especially Brett Collins, went above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable. we can't wait to stay at a Mandarin Oriental hotel again!

I recently stayed at this brilliant hotel in an excellent location. The Back Bay room I stayed in was the perfect size, well-appointed, and had a super comfy bed. The desk had all the stationary I needed, and the sofa was a great place to relax. The bathroom was spacious and the housekeeping service was top-notch. I also tried the in-room dining and the food was absolutely brilliant. I had breakfast at Bar Boulud and supper at the lobby lounge, and both experiences were outstanding. The staff at the hotel were amazing, attentive, and very kind. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed, making it a perfect stay. The staff, especially Corey Lopez, provided amazing assistance and restaurant recommendations from Hong Kong to Bangkok. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms and easy access to shopping. Additionally, the location made it convenient for us to explore the city.
