During my recent stay in Beverly Hills, I had a wonderful experience at a luxury hotel. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a prime area close to popular attractions and entertainment venues. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a spa and a rooftop pool, providing a great opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very attentive and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.

There were a couple of aspects that left me slightly disappointed. Firstly, the service provided by the waiting staff in the bar and at breakfast fell short of the high standards I expected from such a prestigious hotel. Their demeanor was either patronizing or too familiar, which was not in line with the professionalism I experienced from the rest of the hotel staff. Secondly, the lobby of the hotel often became overcrowded in the afternoon due to a high tea event open to non-guests. This made it challenging for hotel guests to find a place to sit and added unnecessary inconvenience.

Exemplary service, first-class facilities, best beds worldwide, monogrammed pillow cases, family friendly, great location, stunning atmosphere, outdoor breakfast area, friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, kind and helpful concierge, personal touch from manager, delicious room service, generous portions, refined luxury decor, nice pool, great gym facilities, beautiful property, well-done interior decoration, great location.

The service started at the airport, with a greeter taking our bags. The room was beautifully decorated and had all necessary amenities. The Belvedere restaurant, rooftop, and bar offered delicious food and drinks. The hotel is conveniently located near Rodeo Drive and dining options. The staff were exceptional and made us feel spoiled.

Our recent stay at this luxury hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The main bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The concierge service was excellent, assisting us with dinner reservations and transportation. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary drinks and dessert during our stay.

We felt completely at home during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the noise from delivery trucks in the morning and limited seating due to the high tea event, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

The breakfast options are varied and tasty, and the room service is top-notch. this hotel provides a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

The pool area can get overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounge chair.

Nestled in the heart of Beverly Hills, this hotel provided phenomenal service that catered to my every need. The Spa & wellness centre was exquisite, offering treatments such as body wraps and massages that left me feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool was beautifully maintained and surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable loungers. The restaurant was exceptional, offering delicious meals and a great bar/lounge area to relax in.

The waxing treatment I received at the Spa was not up to par with the other luxurious amenities. The service was slow and the technician seemed untrained. Nonetheless, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its location advantages and private facilities.
