I loved the exceptional afternoon tea with a harpist and the family-friendly restaurant. However, the pool area was a bit cramped at times. I'd definitely come back!

The bell service definitely needs to check their biases!!! Arriving in a less-glamorous car shouldn’t mean treated like a second-class guest!!! Also, don’t bother with the tired décor that needs an update!!!

after my previous stay in los angeles, i returned to this hotel and was blown away. the staff’s attention was incredible, from the warm welcome to the exceptional room amenities like fruit and personalized drinks. it definitely made my romantic date even more special and memorable.

The staff were super attentive, especially at the rooftop pool – felt like royalty, yo! The room was sharp-sharp with an eina mattress, perfect for a lekker sleep after a long day of exploring. Enjoyed brekkie every morning. the spread was off the charts!

Only downside? Check-out was a bit of a schlep. they messed up my deposit. Ag man, just double-check, ja?

The recent trip to Beverly Hills was truly memorable. The high tea experience stood out, as it was the best I have ever had, and the thoughtful touches for our dog made the occasion feel even more special. Shopping at Westfield Century City was just a quick walk away, making our stay both enjoyable and convenient.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The only downside was the small pool area, which filled up quickly. I highly recommend taking their bike tours for a fun and active way to explore nearby sights.

Had an amazing group vacation! We explored Hollywood Boulevard and Santa Monica Pier, both were epic. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making fall into everyday bliss. The room was super comfy with a great view. I definitely recommend trying the spa for a real treat.

Only downside? I missed getting those monogrammed pillowcases, I guess they’re reserved for suites. Would've been a sweet touch!

during my stay, I was charmed by the proximity to the breathtaking Beverly Canon Gardens just over a kilometer away and the delightful walking paths at Roxbury Park, allowing me to enjoy the best of city strolls and park views without much hassle.

the attention to detail with gifts for my son was incredible. the pool area is usually too crowded to relax well.

Dining at The Belvedere was an extraordinary experience, with the Truffle Macaroni and Cheese being a standout dish. the creamy texture and rich flavor were unforgettable. Afternoon tea in The Living Room, accompanied by a harpist, created an enchanting atmosphere, where I enjoyed every moment soaking in the refined decor. However, waiting for poolside chairs during busy hours was slightly inconvenient as the cabanas seemed to monopolize the space, and the early pool closure limited relaxation time.

The cabanas by the pool seem to have taken over all the chairs, leaving us feeling a bit like the last cookie in the jar. And the pool closing at 4pm? Darling, I didn't travel this far to miss a dip!

This place is super charming! The rooftop pool had a fantastic view, perfect for soaking up the sun. The staff were friendly and always went the extra mile, especially the bartender at the bar/lounge who made me a killer cocktail. Just wish the in-room breakfast hours were a bit later, it felt rushed in the morning.
