unbelievable experience at this so-called hotel. The receptionist was just rude, changing our reservation without notice. We deserved a king bed, not a queen. add to that, the doors are shockingly loud, sounded like explosions every time someone used them. i was seriously considering a great review but just couldn’t, not after sleeping on separate beds all night.

The hotel was conveniently located just steps from Toy Story parking, making it easy to catch the shuttle to Disneyland. The breakfast offered a delicious variety and the spacious room ensured I had a comfortable stay during my business trip. Additionally, the staff provided helpful transportation tips and ensured a pleasant experience.

The only downside was the noise from the hallway doors, which occasionally disrupted my sleep.

Overall, it was a solid base for my trip as I explored the area.

Ope, just gotta say the room was super spacious and clean! The staff was quick when we needed stuff, and breakfast had enough to keep us going until lunch. The Toy Story shuttle made getting to Disneyland a breeze! Loved every minute of it!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a fantastic time! The location was perfect for walking to Disneyland and using the free Disney buses. The room configuration suited our large family, and the breakfast spread was a delicious surprise, especially for my picky eaters.

In my wife’s opinion, the only downside was the loud hallway doors that disrupted our sleep.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We visited Disneyland and the nearby Los Angeles beaches, using this hotel as our base. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for park visits, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!

However, we did have to wait a bit past check-in time for our room to be ready, which was a bit inconvenient.

Cozy room, spacious room, with comfortable beds and blackout blinds ensuring great sleep. the complimentary breakfast was varied and decent, perfect for filling up before a day at Disneyland, which is conveniently within walking distance and also accessible by a nearby metro station.
