The leisure indoor swimming pool and sun terrace made up for the poor staff training. We also enjoyed the special diet menus offered at the dining restaurant. This hotel had everything we needed including an outdoor swimming pool, fitness studio, laundry facilities, and even a kids club. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at a hotel in the French Quarter and the location was perfect! I was able to walk to most places easily. The staff at the hotel were friendly and quick to help. They provided great service at the bar and the room itself was clean and nicely decorated.

On the downside, the room was quite small and there was no place to put my folded clothes. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and lacked variety. It would have been better if the hotel had offered more options. I was not impressed with my experience and felt that the hotel did not meet my expectations.

The hotel was expensive, and for the price, the service was not up to the standards of the brand. The housekeeping staff wasn't as efficient as they should have been. We had a few issues getting our room refreshed, and they didn't fix some minor cosmetic issues like the ripped wallpaper.
