We had an incredible stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The value for money was exceptional, as we couldn't believe the prices for such a prime location. We were able to walk to almost everything within the French Quarter, including shops, restaurants, and even the courthouse. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure our basic amenities were met, such as a room with a balcony and a comfortable queen bed. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary beverages served in the lobby, adding a nice touch to our stay.

No shortcomings, everything was fantastic.

I recently stayed at the Omni Royal Orleans for my son's wedding. The staff treated them like royalty, even though they had the least expensive room. The room was elegantly appointed, surprisingly quiet, and had a great balcony. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of everything and just a block away from Bourbon Street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make our stay special.

I recently stayed at Omni in the French Quarter for a few nights. The room was comfortable with a great view. The valet staff provided excellent service. The hotel was clean with helpful and friendly staff. They allowed us to check-in early, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast provided by the wedding party was delicious. The location was excellent and the valet parking gave me peace of mind. The bell hop and door man were both very friendly. The staff in general was wonderful, and the room had all the amenities I needed. The strawberry infused water by the elevators was a nice touch.
