I chose this hotel for a brainstorming session as it offers 1200 square feet of event facilities. the staff was friendly, the shuttle service efficient, and the room clean and spacious. Tiffany, the shuttle driver, was particularly fantastic and Vivian at breakfast made guests feel like family.

One service missed for work was the availability of a dedicated business center with printing and copying services.

Went for a vibey nod; got a neat haven. Had a ground level obsession BUT ended up lofty! Clean realm but no room service play? Have mercy, tang in the air was real, and hush, the shuffle. we stayed at Comfort Inn for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. the location was perfect, close to the stadium and a walkable distance to downtown. the room was clean, breakfast was satisfying, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. the shuttle service added convenience to our stay. it was a comfortable, enjoyable trip overall.

The hotel had a good location for the Tennessee Titans stadium, with a free shuttle bus to downtown. The indoor guitar-shaped pool was a nice touch. Breakfast was basic but enough. Although some rooms faced the highway, mine was freshly renovated and clean. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it. Staff were polite and helpful, making the stay enjoyable.
