The hotel is perfectly located next to the river, offering stunning views. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We loved the inclusive lounge benefits, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails with delicious hors d'oeuvres. The pool area was relaxing and had private spots by the river. The Horizon Club Lounge, with its fantastic views of the city, was a great choice for breakfast and cocktails.

The rooms were on the smaller side and could use an upgrade, especially the bathrooms. We initially had an issue with the room not having the river view we had booked, but the reception quickly resolved it.

The hotel had amazing views of the river and city, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to public transport. The staff were professional, polite, and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is situated near a busy market with plenty of places to grab lunch, and guests can easily catch the public ferry pier, taking them on a scenic ride down the river. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with beautiful Thai-inspired decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast includes a wide range of European, Thai, Indian, and Japanese options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location right by the river was fantastic. We could easily catch the BTS from the station right in front of the hotel and explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the poolside bar and the on-water dining experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Great location by the river and sky train, perfect for exploring temples. Friendly staff, especially Simon at the Thai restaurant. Breakfast by the river is beautiful. Wonderful balcony room with unreal views. Homely feel with wooden fixtures and furniture.
