The hotel staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay - the concierge calls ahead to offer assistance and sends a schedule of activities, and the friendly and helpful front desk, info desk, and housekeeping staff make you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a small kitchenette and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The view from the observation deck is simply breathtaking, and the building tour provides a fascinating insight into its history.

My corner suite on the 14th floor had an incredible view of the harbor from the bedroom and living room. The accommodations were fantastic and the bed was comfortable. The hotel offered a range of activities for free, including tours of the building and neighborhood. Having a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge in the room made breakfast easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and value for money.

Enjoyed my Christmas vacation at a beautiful hotel with an atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Two complementary facts were offered which added to the overall experience. Location was perfect, just a short walk to multiple attractions. the restaurant provided tasty cuisines with plenty of options. Enjoyed the cool observation deck with a stunning view.

Despite the amazing experience, there were a few issues. Our room had old windows which made it difficult to sleep as the street noise was loud.

Had a wonderful xmas vacation! the hotel's unique historical building and welcoming staff made the stay special. We enjoyed the wine tasting and other activities offered. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the market and many restaurants. the spacious suite had a comfortable king-size bed and a full kitchen, allowing us to enjoy breakfast in the room. And the view from our room and the observation tower was breathtaking.

The A/C in the bedroom was outdated and blew directly onto the bed, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. It would be great if the hotel could update the A/C system for a more pleasant stay.

Excellent location, wonderful historic building, very pleasant and helpful staff. Laundry facilities and on-site activities were also nice. The hotel has fantastic facilities for kids, including a large playroom with costumes. Centrally located near the aquarium and Faneuil Hall.
