The location was fantastic! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the river view room, and the happy hour snacks were a delightful touch. The staff made us feel welcomed and remembered our names!

Chur, the location was sweet as, heaps close to shops and the river. But the breakfast choices were kinda limited, eh? The happy hour was choice, though!

Had a wonderful night with a fantastic hot shower and enjoyed the complimentary happy hour with great snacks. The cozy king-size bed made for an awesome sleep, and there’s also a beautiful patio for relaxing. Just a heads-up, the doors might close a bit loudly, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. 😊

Braw wee stay! The river view from the balcony was pure magic, and the complimentary happy hour with cheese and wine was a cracking bonus. Only downside was the parking—it was a bit cramped for my liking. But I'd go back, no doubt!

I longed for a proper window that could let in natural light. Additionally, I felt like the comfort level was compromised by the narrow upholstered chair. it just didn’t meet my expectations for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The clean and spacious king room boasted a lovely garden tub and a quietly controlled heating system. Snacks and beverages were a delightful touch during the evening kick-back hours, and the breakfast offerings were satisfying without being overwhelming. However, the mattress showed signs of wear, and certain areas needed more attention to cleanliness. Nonetheless, the location's charm added to the experience, along with the friendly staff who enhanced the welcoming atmosphere.

Absolutely loved the beautiful river view and cozy atmosphere! The complimentary drinks and evening snacks on the terrace set the perfect mood. Everyone was so friendly!

Beautiful hotel with clean, cozy rooms and stunning river views. The evening wine and beer reception was a fab touch! Plus, it was conveniently close to all the local attractions. Really enjoyed my stay, overall!

But good heavens, the mattress was sagging like an old bag! And let's just say the breakfast area toilet could use a good scrubbing—yikes!

I stayed at this hotel after a concert and really enjoyed the quiet evening. it’s just a few steps from the frankenmuth historical museum and a short stroll from memorial park, making it so easy to explore the area on foot and soak in the local culture and scenery.

The riverside view was lovely. staff were delightful from check-in to check-out. loved the evening drinks and snacks in the charming atmosphere.

Breakfast options could use a bit more variety. and the hot items weren’t as fresh as expected.
