Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff was always helpful. I also enjoyed having free espresso available all day.

The parking at the hotel was quite expensive, so I had to find free parking on the street a couple blocks away. The breakfast offered was nothing special and usually ended before I woke up.

Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. I especially liked the fact that breakfast was included, it made mornings so much easier.

It was very close to all the main areas downtown, the southernmost point, and even the north end pier. We were able to easily walk to almost all the attractions in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed with the housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely breakfast every morning and a great pool for us and our kids to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk receptionist who made us feel welcomed. it was a beautiful hotel with everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of everything so you could do everything you wanted to do on foot. The room was clean. There was a complimentary drink during happy hour between 5 pm and 6 pm the day of check-in and continental breakfast in the mornings. Nice rooftop balcony with a small section overlooking Duval street to people watch in the evening. The staff at check-in was very nice. It was easy to find.
