We had a great stay at Microtel. the location was perfect, just a short distance to where my parents grew up. the room was cozy and well-lit, with a comfortable bed. I loved the window seat for reading and the clean bathroom. the staff, especially Manager Linda, was incredibly helpful. They even went above and beyond by sending me my forgotten cosmetic bag to my next destination. the hotel facilities were also nice, making for a pleasant stay.

The location was fantastic, situated right across from St Bonaventure college and next to a Dunkin Donuts. It was also close to the river and offered beautiful country views.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location on the first floor close to the entrance, perfect for easy access with our dog. The staff, especially the night clerk with the curly brown hair, were excellent and accommodating. The gluten-free muffins provided a pleasant surprise during breakfast.

The daytime staff was friendly and welcoming, greeting me whenever I left or returned. The bathroom in my room was clean, and the maid respected my privacy. The lobby was nice, and the grounds were well-maintained.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds and pillows. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to Walmart, Home Depot, Applebee's, Friendlys, Value Home Center. It was also only 5 minutes away from downtown, where we enjoyed Angees, Beef n Barrel, and Wendys. The staff, especially Linda the hotel manager, were incredibly pleasant and accommodating. Linda helped us reschedule our stay and gave great recommendations for local restaurants.

For families with children, it would be great to have a larger swimming pool on-site.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to gather in the lobby with other family members to enjoy pizza and the kids even played with their toys. The room we rented had spacious two queen-sized beds and the whole property was clean and modern. The free continental breakfast was good and the breakfast room was never crowded. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in downtown Olean close to restaurants.

The motel was clean and offered a continental breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The prices were also great, making it a good value for the money.

The parking situation was a major downside. There were only a few parking spaces in front of the motel, and the rest of the parking lot was located quite far away.
