I stayed here and found the room to be clean and spacious. The spacious guest room provided a cozy in-room window seat, which I really enjoyed. It was great to be close to shopping and natural attractions. The breakfast area felt rather cramped, but I appreciated the fruit selection. Overall, it was a decent place for a quick stay, especially for someone who enjoys the simplicity of American road trips.

The check-in guy was awesome and fun to talk with! While on a cold morning, I appreciated the indoor hallways leading to breakfast. For a quick morning bite, it had all the essentials, despite the waffles needing some finesse. I loved the warm welcome from the owners. their kindness was refreshing!

However, despite the friendly faces, the experience took a nosedive when we found the rooms uncleaned. Dead bugs, lipstick stains, and drained sinks aren't exactly what you want to encounter. You'd think a chain like Microtel would ensure a consistent standard. sadly, it felt like a gamble.

Check-in was a breeze, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable! The staff was friendly and accommodating, which truly made the experience enjoyable. Breakfast options included a decent array, including yogurt and waffles that kept me fueled for the day.

However, some amenities left much to be desired. The towels felt worn, and I found one with stains. The room itself had some minor maintenance issues, like a bathtub that didn't drain well, which detracted from my overall impression.

The facility has a very outdated design that makes it feel like a cheap motel!!! The hallways smelled unpleasant, the water was questionable, and I found the sheets stained!!! Minor maintenance issues are evident throughout!!!

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. the manager was kind and helpful. Breakfast options were limited, with just cereal and juice, but it was just down the hall.

Some areas need serious cleaning and updating. the breakfast area felt cramped.

Unfortunately, the place has some serious flaws. The room's heater didn't work properly, leaving us overheated in the middle of the night. Breakfast was a letdown, featuring stale offerings like cinnamon rolls that tasted days old and a waffle iron that churned out crumbled messes. Also, the walls are paper-thin, and I could easily hear conversations from the next room, which made for a less-than-peaceful night. And don't forget, the pet-free rooms are stuck on the second floor without elevators—if you like hauling your luggage upstairs for some quiet, that's something to consider.
