We had a fantastic stay at Microtel in Cotulla. Our short trip turned into a delightful 4-day retreat. the front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home. the hotel was spotless, and our bed was super comfortable. the inviting ambiance and affordable rates were a pleasant surprise.

I always return for my city break to the place that suits me perfectly. First visit, staff advised me on local currency. It has Free Wi-Fi, Fitness centre, 24-hour reception, and Laundry. I appreciate the Off-site car park and express check-in/-out. No smoking and Pets allowed.

The check, out process was frustrating as we waited for a staff member, and then we were wrongly charged for a late check, out due to their oversight. the extra charges were excessive, and the receptionist's insistence on cash payment for fees was off, putting.

The AC took hours to cool down, and the bed was uncomfortable. However, the cleanliness and budget-friendly rates made our stay at Microtel pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
