Location near park and ride for Seattle light-rail was convenient. Easy walking distance from the hotel to the Family Fun Center.

The room was dirty and the carpet and floor were very dirty. Breakfast was not well-stocked and I had to go to work immediately without having a proper meal.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and even gave me a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has a shuttle service that took me directly to the rental car site. Another advantage was the spacious and clean room, which had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a few negative experiences during my stay. First, some of the staff at the front desk were unprofessional and rude, which was disappointing.

This hotel is great value for money! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with options for a king bed and 2 queen beds, and disability access. Breakfast provided many options and seating was comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the airport, a children's amusement park, and South Center Mall just around the corner.

This hotel ticked all the right boxes for me. the location was superb - close to everything, including the Stadium area and the Southcenter mall. It was also very convenient being so close to the Sea-Tac airport. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch, providing great advice on restaurants and offering a map of the mall area. Finally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with separate areas for the King bed and the 2 Queen beds. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast was included? It was a pleasant surprise to have a variety of options to choose from, perfect for a quick meal before heading out.

All was just fine, no complaints here.

We were upgraded to the pool suite, which was perfect for our purpose of enjoying the pool. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's location was convenient, only 6 minutes from the mall and 12 minutes from the airport. We loved the arcade fun center next door, and the swimming pool was excellent - warm and never felt crowded, even with multiple families. The covered pavilions outside were a nice touch, and check-in was easy.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near a mall with great dining options around the corner. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering free airport shuttle service. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were definitely a highlight of my stay.
